Now apply to your face

Don’t throw away the old heads from electric toothbrushes they make excellent exfoliators for your skin.

Dip the head into your favourite cleansing cream or rub a bit of soap on the end, switch it on and move the brush gently over your face and neck.  It does a super job of getting rid of dead skin cells and improving the circulation.  Remember to apply moisturiser afterwards.

Exfoliation is good for men as well as women as it keeps your skin soft and healthy and smoothes the way for shaving.

I’m sorry, but this reminds me of the Non Doctor that used to be coyly advertised in the National press until they worked out what it REALLY was!!

  2. Isn’t a toothbrush a bit harsh for that? I certainly wouldn’t put it anywhere near the skin around one’s eyes!

  3. Men exfoliate?…surely not unless a brisk rub down with 120 grade sandpaper to remove the days paint, caulk and filler is what you had in mind.

    Affer: eeuuuoooo.

Myrtle: I don’t think it’s a good idea to do anything harsh around the eyes, but it’s great for noses, chins, foreheads etc. There’s actually a product being advertised which is almost identical to an electric toothbrush, but is specifically for the face. And obviously costs a lot.

    Thud: Gosh you are manly!

  5. I didn’t feel too manly as I pickled beetroot this afternoon.
