A reason why I live in the country

The other lunchtime, I was driving past the village of Ashley and this is what I saw.  I leaned out of my car window and clicked.  Every day I see something wonderful and new in the landscape and this is one of them.

    Peter,

    As any self respecting country lad will tell you ‘them be not wires, them be bird stops’. They are errected by the RSPCA around the entire UK to allow tired and world weary birds to rest upon.
